In Over Their Head is the ninth episode of the first season of the show Aloha Builds. This episode showcases the team of Michelle and David Jaime working on a waterfront property which has been lying neglected for quite some time. The team encounters several challenges while working on the renovation of this house and it would be interesting to see how they manage to pull off the project.

The episode starts with the team arriving at the waterfront site which needs a lot of work before it can be made into a comfortable and luxurious living space. The house has been abandoned for a long time and it seems to be in a state of disrepair. Michelle and David evaluate the entire house and they feel that it would take a lot of effort to make it habitable. However, the team is not easily disheartened and they take up the challenge with enthusiasm.

One of the main challenges faced by the team is the dampness in the house. The house is situated right by the waterfront and as a result, the walls have become damp and look shabby. Michelle and David realize the extent of the problem and take a decision to replace all the drywall by themselves. They engage the services of some of their friends who come over to help in the renovation work. The crew is seen putting in a lot of effort and working long hours which make for a story of perseverance and dedication.

However, that's not the only problem they face. They also come across a plumbing issue in one of the washrooms and it is discovered that the entire plumbing system is in a bad condition. Michelle and David decide to replace the entire plumbing system which happens to be a mammoth task. They bring in a skilled plumber to help them with the work. The plumber also recommends that they install a new water filtration system in the house to ensure that the water is safe for drinking after renovation is complete.

Another issue which crops up during the renovation is the realization that the floor joists need replacement. This presents another challenge as it is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. Michelle and David are forced to rent heavy-duty equipment to ensure the safe removal of the floorboards and the replacement of the floor joists. However, with perseverance and hard work, they manage to replace the joists successfully.

The team also realizes that the house needs new electrical wiring. The current wiring is outdated and is not capable of handling the modern electrical load. This presents yet another challenge for the team, but once again they rise to the occasion. They undertake the task of replacing all the electrical wiring in the house which is quite a tedious and time-consuming process. However, they manage to complete the work and install new electrical wiring which is capable of handling the electrical load required by modern households.

The episode concludes with a grand reveal of the renovated house which looks like a masterpiece. The renovation project, which seemed hopeless at the outset, has been transformed into a beautiful home that is ready to be lived in. Michelle and David's dedication and teamwork are truly commendable. The episode serves as an inspiration to all those who are struggling with renovation projects and showcases how perseverance can pay off in the end.

Overall, the episode in Over Their Head of the first season of Aloha Builds is a great watch for those who enjoy home renovation shows. The challenges faced by the team and the way they overcome them is sure to inspire viewers. With stunning visuals of the renovated house and interesting commentary from the team, this episode is not to be missed.
