As Liam's mental state continues to deteriorate, Barney becomes increasingly concerned for his partner's safety. Meanwhile, Dr. Grant seems to be growing more and more unhinged, and the couple begins to suspect that she might be involved in the demonic activity they've been experiencing.

The tension in the household continues to rise as the demonic presence begins to physically manifest itself in their home. Barney and Liam realize that they must take action to rid themselves of the entity before it's too late.
