Ep 5. Episode 5

In Black Summer season 1 episode 5, tensions continue to rise among the group of survivors as they try to make their way to the evacuation zone. The episode begins with Rose and Spears venturing out to scavenge for supplies, only to find themselves in the middle of a terrifying encounter with a group of armed looters.

Meanwhile, the rest of the group back at the house are struggling to hold things together. Carmen is still recovering from her injuries and is becoming increasingly frustrated with her lack of ability to contribute to the group. Velez becomes more paranoid by the minute, convinced that someone in the house is hiding something from them.

As the day wears on, the group is forced to face the reality that they may not make it to the evacuation zone in time. Tensions come to a head when Velez accuses Ryan of stealing supplies, leading to a violent confrontation that puts everyone's lives at risk.

Amidst all the chaos, Rose and Spears find themselves in a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the looters. They'll need to rely on their wits and survival skills to make it out alive and reunite with the rest of the group.
