Meanwhile, on Earth, the Doctor's former companion Tegan Jovanka is taken captive by one of the villains of the story, Maxil, and forced to participate in a plot against the Doctor. Tegan manages to escape and attempts to warn the Doctor of the danger he faces on Gallifrey.
In the climactic scene, the Doctor confronts President Borusa and the anti-matter creature, with the help of Tegan and Nyssa. The Doctor's plan involves using a machine called the Arc of Infinity to create a link between the anti-matter universe and the Time Lord universe, which would cause a catastrophic explosion.
The Doctor is able to trick President Borusa into activating the machine, but with the help of Nyssa and Tegan, he is able to redirect the energy and destroy the creature without causing any harm to the universe. In the end, the Doctor bids farewell to Omega, who has become trapped within the Matrix, and returns to the TARDIS with Nyssa and Tegan.
"Arc of Infinity: Part 4" is an exciting finale to an epic story, full of action, drama, and surprising twists and turns. It is a must-see for fans of classic Doctor Who.
