The Doctor has found himself stranded on an alien planet with no TARDIS and no way back to Earth. He meets a group of holidaymakers who have recently arrived, including a young woman named Delta, who is fleeing from her own dangerous and mysterious past. But it soon becomes clear that Delta is not the only one with secrets, as the Doctor discovers that her pursuers, a ruthless band of intergalactic bounty hunters known as the Bannermen, have followed her to the planet and are determined to capture her.
