In "Remembrance of the Daleks," the Doctor and his companion Ace arrive in London in 1963, amidst a battle between two factions of Daleks. The Daleks are searching for the Hand of Omega, a powerful Time Lord device that the Doctor had hidden on Earth years before.
The Doctor discovers that one faction of Daleks is in alliance with a group of neo-Nazis who are attempting to take control of the Hand of Omega for their own purposes. The Doctor must outwit both the Daleks and the Nazi group in order to prevent the Hand of Omega from falling into the wrong hands.
Meanwhile, Ace becomes involved with a group of rebellious teenagers who are determined to fight against the oppressive police presence in their neighborhood. As she becomes more and more involved with their cause, she begins to question the Doctor's methods and their own ability to make a difference.
The episode is filled with action-packed battles between the Daleks and the Doctor, as well as political and philosophical discussions between the Doctor and Ace about the role of violence in fighting against injustice.
