Classic Doctor Who Season 8 Episode 9 The Mind of Evil: Part 5

When they finally reach the control room, they are confronted by the terrorists and their leader, who is revealed to be a former prison governor who was corrupted by power.

In a tense showdown, the Doctor and Jo face off against the terrorists and the Keller Machine. With the help of Captain Chin Lee and a group of inmates who have rebelled against the terrorists, they are able to disable the machine and prevent it from causing any further harm. The traitor is revealed and brought to justice, and the Doctor and Jo are able to return to the TARDIS and leave Stangmoor Prison behind.
