But Bob knows that Scrooge's company is notorious for mistreating its workers, and he is hesitant to agree to the terms.

In other parts of the city, Inspector Bucket continues his investigation into Jacob Marley's death, questioning suspects and gathering clues. Meanwhile, Nancy and Fagin are scheming to make some quick money by stealing a valuable piece of jewelry from the house of Mrs. Bumble, the wife of the workhouse master.
