To prepare for Hauntleyween, Vampirina and her friends decide to grow a special kind of flower that only blooms on Hauntleyween night - the Frankenflower. The Frankenflower is a rare and magical flower that can only be grown under very specific conditions. Vampirina and her friends go on a mission to find the perfect spot to plant the seeds for the Frankenflower.

However, trouble arises when they discover that the chosen spot for the Frankenflower is already taken by the Hauntleys' longtime rivals - the Peeplesons. The Peeplesons are a family of witches who always try to outdo the Hauntleys. They have built a giant scarecrow on the spot where the Frankenflower needs to be planted. Vampirina and her friends must now figure out a way to get rid of the scarecrow without getting caught by the Peeplesons.

Meanwhile, Vampirina's parents, Boris and Oxana, are busy planning a surprise Hauntleyween party for Vampirina and all her friends. They want to make sure that everything is perfect for their daughter's favorite holiday. They even hire a famous ghost DJ called "DJ Ghost" to entertain the guests. However, things don't go as planned when DJ Ghost turns out to be a bit of a diva and demands special treatment.

As the Hauntleyween night approaches, Vampirina and her friends encounter more obstacles in their quest to grow the Frankenflower. They must deal with thunderstorms, bats, and other spooky creatures that threaten to ruin their plans. Vampirina also has to keep everything a secret from her parents, who have warned her not to leave the house during the dangerous Hauntleyween night.
