Ep 2. The Rooster Prince

The Rooster Prince is the second episode of the first season of Fargo. After the shocking events of the previous episode, in which a car salesman was murdered, the small town of Bemidji, Minnesota is left reeling. In this episode, we see the investigation into the murder continue as the detectives on the case, Molly Solverson and Gus Grimly, start to put the pieces together.

Molly's father, Lou, a retired police officer, also becomes involved in the investigation and offers his insights into the case.

One of the most intriguing characters introduced in this episode is Lorne Malvo, a mysterious hitman who is in town on a mission. Malvo seems to be a master of manipulation, and he quickly begins to make connections with various people in Bemidji. He crosses paths with Lester and seems to take an interest in him, which sets off warning bells for the audience.

Overall, The Rooster Prince is a tense and suspenseful episode that continues to explore the themes of violence, manipulation, and dysfunctional relationships. The characters are all complex and layered, and it is clear that their various storylines will continue to intersect and build on one another as the season progresses.
