Jennifer first became interested in bees after attending an herbal medicine workshop. She was fascinated by how bees are such an integral part of the environment, and started keeping bees herself. Today, Austin Honey Company has more than 80 hives throughout the city of Austin. The Berdolls sell their honey at farmers markets and local stores, as well as online.
