Ep 4. Blood in the Streets

As the second season of Fear The Walking Dead continues, the tensions among the survivors continue to brew, and the situation has escalated to the point where no one can be trusted. In the fourth episode of the season, "Blood in the Streets", the focus is on Strand, the enigmatic and secretive man who has thus far proven to be a valuable asset to the group.

As the episode begins, the group is still aboard Strand's yacht, the Abigail, and tensions are high. Back in the present day, Strand's past is catching up with him. The group is attacked by the armed survivors, and it becomes clear that they have a personal vendetta against Strand. They board the Abigail and take the group hostage, demanding that Strand turn over his supplies and his boat. As the situation grows increasingly desperate, it becomes clear that Strand has one last card up his sleeve.

Without giving too much away, "Blood in the Streets" is one of the most intense and action-packed episodes of Fear The Walking Dead to date. It's a showcase for Colman Domingo's powerhouse performance as Strand, and it elevates the stakes for the rest of the season. As the survivors struggle to stay alive in a world overrun by the undead, it's becoming more and more clear that relying on anyone is a risky proposition. This episode in particular underscores the thin line between life and death, and the importance of being able to adapt to a constantly changing landscape.
