In season 4 episode 6 of First Dates (Ireland), we are introduced to a whole new array of hopeful singles looking for love. The episode starts with a nervous Andrew from Dublin, who is on his first ever blind date. He is met by his date, Marie, and they seem to hit it off right away, discussing their mutual love of travel and shared sense of humor. As they continue to chat throughout their meal, it becomes clear that there is a spark between them.

Next up is Anna, a bubbly blonde from Cork, who is looking for a man who can keep up with her energetic personality. She is paired with coffee shop owner, Enda, and they seem to hit it off immediately. They bond over their love of music and dance, and even share a playful dance together. As the date progresses, it becomes clear that they have a strong connection, and Enda even admits to falling for Anna.

We then meet former beauty queen, Hannah, who is matched with the charming and confident, Eoin. They have an instant connection, laughing and joking throughout their meal and discovering that they both have a love of adventure. As the conversation turns more serious, they both reveal that they have been hurt in the past, and Eoin admits to being a recovering alcoholic. Despite this, they seem to connect on a deeper level and leave the restaurant as a couple.

The next couple, John and Lynn, seem a little more hesitant to connect. John, a retiree from Co. Kildare, is matched with Lynn, a property manager from Dublin. They struggle to find common ground, with John revealing that he enjoys fishing and golf, while Lynn is more interested in fashion and art. However, they both agree to meet up again and leave on amicable terms.

Finally, we meet Mark, a personal trainer from Cork, who is paired with self-proclaimed party girl, Courtney. Despite their initial attraction to each other, their date quickly becomes awkward as they struggle to find common interests. As the tension mounts, Mark reveals that he is looking for a more serious relationship, while Courtney isn't quite ready to settle down. They both leave the restaurant feeling disappointed, but agree to stay friends.

Overall, episode 6 of First Dates (Ireland) is a rollercoaster of emotions, with highs and lows as the daters navigate the tricky waters of blind dating.
