Ep 11. 17 Years

Miles is still trying to come to terms with the revelation that his father, Arthur, is not dead but has been living in Paris all this time. The situation is made more complicated by the fact that Arthur had never reached out to Miles to let him know he was alive, nor did he attend Miles' mother's funeral. However, a new friend suggestion from "God" sends Miles and his team to a high school where Sister Claire, one of Arthur's old friends, now teaches. As Miles delves into Tisha's story, he learns that her father left her mother when Tisha was just a child and hasn't had any contact with them since. Miles is overjoyed to see the father and daughter reconcile.

In the end, Miles meets up with Arthur and tells him that he forgives him. Arthur passes away shortly afterwards, but not before leaving a letter for Miles in which he expresses his love and pride for his son. Miles learns that forgiveness, no matter how difficult, can bring peace and healing.
