The roommates call Valsamidis, Tom's grandfather's lawyer, to kick the squatters out. Valsamidis is surprised that the roommates don't know that Tom's an owner of the building. Even squatter Mia is unaware that she's an owner. He warns Tom that the squatters' presence could seriously hamper the sale of the building. They must go! Despite their differences, the roommates realize that they'll have to learn to live with the squatters, who move into the floor below.
