In season 2 episode 1 of How To Lose Weight Well, we are introduced to a new set of volunteers with diverse weight loss goals and aspirations. Mark is put on the Grapefruit diet which involves consuming large amounts of grapefruit over the week. While initially skeptical about the diet, Mark is seeing promising results by the end of his first week on the program.

The third and final volunteer is Sarah who has been struggling to lose weight for years and is tired of trying out the same boring diet regimes. Sarah is put on the Seaweed diet which involves consuming large amounts of seaweed to detoxify the body and aid weight loss. While initially apprehensive about the taste and texture of the seaweed, Sarah is pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and enjoys experimenting with the new cuisine.

Throughout the episode, we see the participants following their respective diets, facing challenges and hitting milestones along the way. We also get to peek into some of the exotic locations they visit and sample the local cuisine.
