I Know This Much is True Season 1 Episode 2 Episode Two

Dominick confronts his mother about their family's history of mental illness and his twin brother's schizophrenia. He visits Thomas in the hospital, where he meets Dr. Patel, who seems to care for Thomas more than his previous doctor. Dominick continues to struggle with his own mental health and his feelings of responsibility for Thomas. Meanwhile, flashbacks to their childhood reveal the dysfunction in their family and the traumatic experiences they both endured. Despite his own struggles, Dominick tries to advocate for Thomas and get him the help he needs.
