Despite a rough night, Joe tries to stay optimistic even though his luck continues to fail him. After work one day, Joe witnesses a traffic-stop gone wrong during rush hour. Trying to do the right thing, Joe decides to follow the car in suspect. Never been in a car chase before, Joe dials up police to help assist him however the further he goes in the more at risk his life becomes.
