The course involves crawling through tight spaces, dodging swinging objects, and jumping over obstacles. The twist? The obstacle course is designed to simulate an earthquake, complete with shaking walls and ceiling tiles falling from above. The group's reactions to the chaos are both entertaining and amusing.

One of the more outrageous segments in this episode involves a bit of public nudity. The Jackass members hit the streets dressed in nothing but giant cardboard boxes. The catch? There's a strategically placed hole in the boxes for their private parts to hang out. The reactions from unsuspecting passersby are priceless, ranging from laughter to shock and disgust.
