With Gordon's help, Le Bistro undergoes a complete transformation. The menu is overhauled and the decor is updated to give the restaurant a more modern and inviting feel. The kitchen staff receives extensive training, including a visit from a top French chef who helps them improve their cooking techniques.

When the restaurant reopens to the public, the changes are immediately apparent. The food is much improved and the atmosphere is more welcoming. Gordon challenges Andy to take more risks with his food and to continue to improve the restaurant in the future.

Through Gordon's guidance and support, Le Bistro is able to turn its fortunes around and become a successful French restaurant once again.
