Ep 3. Durga Speaks to Kamsa

Krishna season 1 episode 3, titled "Durga Speaks to Kamsa," revolves around the tyrant king Kamsa and his fear of a prophecy that says he will be killed by his sister Devaki's eighth child, Krishna. In this episode, Kamsa orders his henchmen to find and kill Devaki's child, but the godess Durga intervenes and warns him of the consequences of his actions.

Fearing for his life, Kamsa orders his henchmen to break into the prison and kill the child. However, at the same time, Durga appears before him, warning him of the consequences of his actions. She tells him that he cannot escape his fate and that killing the child will only lead to his downfall.

Kamsa, who is afraid of Durga's wrath, asks her what he should do. She tells him that he should not fear the child, but instead, try to understand his destiny. She advises him to find a way to neutralize the prophecy, so that he can live without fear.

Kamsa, who is convinced that he can outsmart fate, asks Durga for her help. She tells him that he must find a way to kill all the children that are born on the night of his sister Devaki's wedding, as they might be the ones who would eventually kill him. Kamsa agrees to Durga's plan and orders his henchmen to find and kill all children born on that night.

The episode ends with Kamsa, confident that he has found a way to outsmart fate, but also aware that he has committed a heinous crime. He is left to grapple with his fears and the weight of his actions, with the knowledge that he will have to live with the consequences of his decisions.
