Marc Maron is a comedian who is struggling to make it big in the entertainment industry. However, his joy is short-lived. As soon as the show ends, Marc’s anxieties return. He worries about the consequences of his success and what it means for his relationships and his sense of self. He begins to question whether the compromises he made to achieve success were worth it.
In the end, Marc is left to contemplate the meaning of his life and his career.
