Ep 10. You Need Therapy

In Married At First Sight: The First Year season 2, episode 10, titled "You Need Therapy", we follow the couples as they continue to navigate their way through the ups and downs of married life.

For Bobby and Danielle, their honeymoon phase may be coming to an end as real-life responsibilities set in. While Danielle struggles to find a job that she enjoys, Bobby finds himself taking on more responsibility at work, leaving little time for the couple to spend together. With tension mounting, the couple decides to seek outside help and meet with a therapist to work through their issues.

Meanwhile, Cody and Danielle are faced with a different set of challenges as they continue to work on their communication skills. Despite their progress, Cody is still hesitant to share his feelings with Danielle, leading her to question their future together. With the help of their therapist, the couple works on opening up to one another and building a stronger emotional connection.

Ashley and Anthony also turn to therapy in an effort to improve their relationship. While they have been enjoying their newlywed bliss, Ashley is still struggling with trust issues from past relationships, causing her to question Anthony's actions. Through therapy, the couple delves deeper into these trust issues and works towards building a stronger foundation of trust and communication.

Finally, Sheila and Nate find themselves at a crossroads as they struggle to balance their busy work schedules with their relationship. With Nate's demanding job as a basketball coach and Sheila's business taking off, the couple finds it difficult to make time for each other. Faced with this challenge, they turn to therapy in an effort to find a solution that works for both of them.

As the couples work through their individual issues, they also learn how to support one another and build a stronger bond in their marriages. With the help of therapy, they may be able to overcome their obstacles and continue to grow together as a couple.
