They climb over his fence and peek through his window, but they don't see anything suspicious. However, when they try to climb back over the fence, Beavis accidentally falls into a pile of leaves and gets stuck.

Mr. Manners comes outside to investigate the noise and finds Beavis. He helps Beavis up and invites the boys inside for some cookies. They are hesitant at first, but eventually agree to come inside. While they are inside, Mr. Manners reveals that he used to be a spy, and that he is currently investigating a group of terrorists who he believes may be operating in the area. Beavis and Butt-Head are relieved to find out that Mr. Manners is not a serial killer after all, but they are also disappointed that they don't have a new enemy.

The episode ends with Beavis and Butt-Head returning home. They are surprised to find that Bum-Head is still there, waiting for them. He invites himself inside and starts copying everything they say and do. Beavis and Butt-Head are annoyed, but they also seem to enjoy having a doppelganger around.
