Sarah is still reeling from the news about Kira's disappearance and is determined to find her daughter no matter what. She once again reaches out to Rachel for information, but the two women quickly clash. Meanwhile, Cosima and Delphine continue their search for a cure for the Leda clones, with their attention focused on the elusive Westmoreland. As they get closer to discovering the truth, they find themselves at odds with each other over the morality of their methods.

Elsewhere, Mrs. S puts her own life on the line to help Sarah and the rest of Clone Club, entering into a dangerous alliance with an old acquaintance. And as Helena's due date approaches, she must come to terms with what motherhood means to her, while also facing down an unexpected threat.
