Our Cartoon President is a satirical animated series that parodies the current political climate of the United States. In season 3 episode 4, titled "Fox News," the focus is on the relationship between President Trump and the conservative news network.

The episode begins with the President watching Fox News coverage of himself, as he often does. However, he is horrified to see the network is criticizing him for his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Trump decides he needs to take action to stop Fox News from saying negative things about him, so he reaches out to Rupert Murdoch, the owner of Fox News.

Meanwhile, Vice President Pence is worried that he will be blamed for the administration's poor response to the pandemic. He goes to Dr. Fauci for help but instead learns that Fauci is planning to retire and write a tell-all book. This news sends Pence into a panic, as he fears the book will expose the administration's mistakes.

Back at the White House, Trump has a meeting with Murdoch, hoping to convince him to let Fox News focus on positive stories about his administration. But things don't go as planned. Murdoch tells Trump that Fox News has a duty to report the truth, even if it's not what the President wants to hear.

To make matters worse, there is a leak at the White House and a journalist from The New York Times gets hold of a tape of Trump and Murdoch's conversation. The White House goes into damage control mode, trying to spin the story to their advantage.

As the episode continues, Trump becomes increasingly paranoid, convinced that there are traitors within his administration leaking information to the press. He decides to launch an investigation to find the source of the leak.

Throughout the episode, the humor is biting and clever. The writers take aim at both Trump and Fox News, highlighting the complex relationship between the two, where both need each other but also have their own agendas. The animation style is reminiscent of South Park, with exaggerated caricatures of the political figures that viewers will recognize from real-life news footage.

Overall, "Fox News" is a witty and entertaining episode that highlights the absurdity of the current political landscape. The episode manages to be both funny and insightful, offering a unique perspective on the relationship between Trump, Fox News, and mainstream media. Fans of the show won't want to miss it.
