Ep 7. Decomp a Stuck Pig

In Outsiders season 1 episode 7, titled "Decomp a Stuck Pig," tensions are running high between the Farrells and the townspeople of Blackburg. The episode opens with Deputy Wade Houghton (Thomas M. Wright) leading a group of armed men to the Farrells' mountain home, intent on taking back the land they believe belongs to them. Meanwhile, G'Winveer Farrell (Gillian Alexy) struggles with her newly acquired leadership role and her feelings for her ex-partner, Big Foster (David Morse).

As the episode progresses, we see the Farrell family working to thwart the efforts of the townspeople. Sheriff Houghton spends much of the episode attempting to strong-arm the family into leaving, while his deputy, Kurt Bunker (Tom Everett Scott), begins to have doubts about the true motives of the townspeople. Bunker, a former neo-Nazi with a troubled past, struggles with his own demons as he tries to navigate the complex moral landscape of the situation.

As the episode draws to a close, the tension between the Farrells and the town comes to a head in a violent climax. With emotions running high on both sides, it becomes clear that there will be no easy resolution to this longstanding conflict. "Decomp a Stuck Pig" sets the stage for further episodes of Outsiders that explore the ongoing struggle between tradition and progress, family and community, and loyalty and betrayal.
