Come on, Snoopy! is the first episode of season one of the classic cartoon series Peanuts. The episode introduces viewers to the beloved characters created by Charles M. Schulz, including Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Schroeder, and, of course, the iconic beagle, Snoopy.

The episode begins with Charlie Brown and Linus throwing a frisbee around, when they notice Snoopy lying on top of his doghouse. Charlie Brown attempts to get Snoopy to come down and join them, but Snoopy remains stubborn and refuses to move. Linus suggests that they try calling Snoopy's name, but that doesn't work either.

Meanwhile, Lucy is sitting in her psychiatric booth, waiting for her next patient. Sally comes by and asks to speak with Lucy, but Lucy tells her that she is not taking appointments. Sally then reveals that she is feeling down because she cannot write a good report on the book she was supposed to read over the summer. Lucy diagnoses Sally with "Summer Book Report Anxiety" and prescribes her some advice on how to overcome it.

Back at Snoopy's doghouse, Charlie Brown and Linus are still trying to convince Snoopy to come down. Finally, Linus has an idea. He suggests that they pretend that they are going on a walk without Snoopy. He thinks that this will make Snoopy jealous and inspire him to come down from his doghouse. Charlie Brown is skeptical, but Linus insists that it will work.

So, Charlie Brown and Linus start walking down the street, pretending to have a great time without Snoopy. Snoopy watches them from atop his doghouse, looking sad and left out. Finally, he can't take it anymore and decides to join his friends on their walk.

As they continue down the street, they come across Schroeder, who is playing his beloved piano outside. Lucy approaches and tries to talk to him, but Schroeder is too focused on his music to pay her any attention.

Charlie Brown, Linus, and Snoopy then encounter Sally, who is still struggling with her book report. They try to offer her some advice, but Sally is too upset to listen.

The episode concludes with Charlie Brown, Linus, and Snoopy walking back down the street towards Snoopy's doghouse. They are all friends again and everything seems right in the world of Peanuts.

Overall, Come on, Snoopy! is a heartwarming introduction to the world of Peanuts. It highlights the importance of friendship and the challenges that even the closest of friends face. From Lucy's psychiatric booth to Snoopy's doghouse, viewers are transported to a charming world filled with memorable characters and timeless lessons.
