Quest 19: Deleted Records, Remaining Memories is the nineteenth episode of the first season of Phantasy Star Online 2: Episode Oracle. In this episode, the ARKS discover a suspicious gathering of Darkers in the abandoned Naberius facility. As they investigate, they stumble upon a girl named Melfonseana, who claims to be an ARKS researcher. Melfonseana tells the ARKS that she has been tracking down stolen research data, and suspects that the Darkers are trying to obtain it. She asks for the ARKS' help in retrieving the data, and they agree to work together.

Together, Melfonseana and the ARKS enter the abandoned facility and begin to fight their way through hordes of Darkers. As they progress, they discover that the stolen data is actually a set of genetic records, which could be used to create Darker clones. The team realizes that if the Darkers get their hands on this data, they could create an army of clones, posing a serious threat to the entire universe.

While searching for the data, Melfonseana recalls memories from her past. She remembers that she used to work for the laboratory that created the genetic records, and that she was responsible for their security. Melfonseana realizes that the records were stolen while she was in charge, and feels responsible for the situation. The ARKS offer her support and assure her that they will retrieve the data and put an end to the Darker threat.

As they near the end of the facility, the team encounters a powerful Darker boss. The battle is intense, but the ARKS and Melfonseana manage to defeat the boss and retrieve the stolen data. Melfonseana expresses her gratitude to the ARKS for their help, and promises to continue to fight against the Darkers.

Back at the ARKS headquarters, Melfonseana analyzes the stolen data and discovers that some of the genetic records have already been used to create Darker clones. She realizes that they must act quickly to destroy the clones before they can cause any harm. The ARKS agree to help Melfonseana in this task, and set off to hunt down and destroy the clones.
