Physical is a new dramedy series on Apple TV+ that follows the journey of a deeply flawed woman named Sheila Rubin, played by Rose Byrne, who somehow finds her way to the new age world of aerobics in 1980s Southern California. Bunny encourages Sheila to let go of her inhibitions, and embrace the inner strength that aerobics has to offer.

Throughout the show, Sheila battles her insecurities and works to overcome her destructive behaviors. Through her experiences in the world of aerobics, she begins to find the strength to stand up for herself, even if it means shaking up her comfortable but unfulfilling life.
