Back inside the Silph Co, building, Chuva makes his way through only to find the notorious Team Rocket waiting for him in their attempt to corrupt the company. From to floor to floor and teleport pad to teleport pad, Chuva meets foes old and new and battles with all his abilities as a trainer.

Chuva goes into the Silph Co. building and finds a of couple companions there to huddle up with. After skillfully drawing straws, he quickly departs the building and makes a detour to get more strength in his party.

After making light-work of Admin. Archer, Chuva is finally introduced to what seems to be the boss of this evil organization. Deeming to be a worthy opponent, Chuva left the hideout victorious for the time being and decided to challenge the grass gym of Celadon City while he was there.

Now in Team Rocket's hideout, Chuva finds that he's running, battling and even spinning through this organization's quarters. Arriving in the Boss' office, the young trainer ends up once again battling Jessie and James and even a higher-up of Team Rocket by the name of Archer.
