Pokemon the Series Season 15 Episode 29 Evolution by Fire!

Ash and his friends arrive in Virbank City and discover that it's hosting a local fire show. They meet up with their old friend, Gym Leader Elesa, who is excited to see them again. As they explore the city, they come across a young trainer named Fennel who is studying the local Pokemon habitat. Fennel shows them a strange ring of fire near a power plant and warns them to stay away.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket is also in town, and they come up with a plan to steal the local Pokemon by creating a diversion at the fire show. As Ash and his friends enjoy the show, Team Rocket sets off a fireworks display that causes chaos and confusion.

In the chaos, Fennel's research equipment is damaged, leaving her unable to complete her study. Determined to help her out, Ash and Pikachu offer to help gather new data on the local Pokemon. They set out to explore the city and encounter several new and interesting Pokemon, including a group of Litwick living near the power plant.

As they investigate further, they discover that the power plant is causing an unnatural buildup of fire energy in the area, which is causing the Litwick to evolve into Lampent and creating the strange ring of fire. Fennel explains that this fire energy could be dangerous, and they all decide to investigate further.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket has managed to capture several local Pokemon, including a Lampent. They plan to use it to power a giant mechanical arm they've constructed to steal even more Pokemon. Ash and his friends track them down and a battle ensues.

In the heat of battle, the Lampent is exposed to even more fire energy, causing it to evolve into a powerful Chandelure. With its new strength, Chandelure is able to help defeat Team Rocket and save the captured Pokemon.

As the dust settles, Ash and his friends reflect on the power of evolution and the importance of studying the natural habitat of Pokemon. They say farewell to Fennel and Elesa and continue on their journey, eager for new adventures.
