Ep 20. Team Plasma's Pok?mon Manipulation!

Ash and his friends are going to explore the next town in search of gym battles and new Pokémons. However, once they reach there, they find that something is not right. The town's residents are extremely wary of trainers, and the Pokémons are behaving strangely. They soon discover that Team Plasma is behind all of this. The team has found a way to control Pokémons by weaponizing a special sound wave. Team Plasma hopes to take all of the trainers' Pokémons and use them for their nefarious purposes.

Ash and his friends decide to investigate and end up finding a lab where the Team Plasma researchers have been conducting their experiments. Inside the laboratory, they see caged Pokémons and machines producing harmful sound waves. The trainers decide to free the captive Pokémons, but they soon find themselves in a tight spot. The Team Plasma Members, who were conducting the experiments, find the trainers and set their own Pokémons on them.

The Pokémons that Team Plasma is using are highly-evolved and strong, making the battle difficult to win. Ash's Pikachu tries to override the soundwaves using his electric powers, but it doesn't work. Team Plasma's specialized Pokémons are just too powerful. Cilan comes up with a plan, deciding to utilize a natural sound wave that the nearby waterfall produced. All the trainers work together, and they are eventually able to combine their teamwork and strengths to disrupt the sound waves and take down Team Plasma, freeing all the captive Pokémons.

The episode emphasizes the bond shared between humans and Pokémons and the importance of working together to achieve a common goal. Ash and his friends all showcase individual skills, yet they need to combine them to work efficiently and overcome the challenges thrown at them.
