Pokemon the Series Season 17 Episode 23 Coming Back into the Cold!

Ash and his friends arrive at the Snowbelle City Pokemon Center where they meet up with Professor Sycamore, who has come to show them the way to the Pokemon Gym. It seems the Gym Leader of Snowbelle City is Wulfric, an Ice-type specialist and one of the Elite Four of the Kalos League.

As they head out to the gym, they find themselves in the middle of a snowstorm, which makes traveling difficult. As they trudge through the snow, they see a group of Machoke trying to carry a huge pile of logs, but they are struggling to make any headway. Always the helpful trainer, Ash offers to lend a hand, and he and his friends pitch in to help the Machoke carry the logs back to their home.

Upon arriving at the Machoke's village, they are greeted with open arms, and are invited inside for some hot cocoa and a warm place to rest. There, they meet a young girl named Mimi, who is the village's resident Pokemon Trainer. She's been trying to catch a Lapras, but has been having no luck.

Feeling sorry for her, Ash and his friends offer to help, and they head out into the frigid waters to find the Lapras. After a few false starts, they finally manage to locate the Lapras, but before they can catch it, a group of Team Rocket agents appear and try to steal it away.

Determined to keep the Lapras safe, Ash and his friends do battle with the Team Rocket agents, but they are quickly outnumbered. Just when things look their bleakest, a mysterious Trainer appears, and with his help, they are able to defeat Team Rocket and capture the Lapras.

The mysterious Trainer introduces himself as Sawyer, and he tells the group that he's been traveling around the Kalos region, collecting gym badges. He's heard that Ash is a formidable Trainer, and he wants to challenge him to a battle.

Excited at the prospect of a new challenge, Ash accepts, and they head off to an open field to do battle. Sawyer begins by sending out his Bagon, while Ash counters with his Talonflame. The two Pokemon go head-to-head, with both trainers putting their all into the battle.

As the battle continues, it becomes clear that Sawyer is a skilled Trainer, and Ash finds himself struggling to keep up. However, he doesn't give up, and he manages to land a powerful blow that knocks out Sawyer's Bagon.

Undeterred by his loss, Sawyer sends out his Sceptile, and the battle continues. As they fight, the weather takes a turn for the worse, and a blizzard descends upon them, making the battle even more difficult.

Despite the weather and the intense battle, both Trainers refuse to give up, and they continue to fight to the bitter end. In the end, only one Pokemon is left standing, and the victory goes to... well, you'll have to watch the episode to find out!
