With a list of enemies as long as Brian€™s, finding his killer has become the toughest case of Nikki€™s career. Betrayed by her closest friends and colleagues and with an ever growing list of suspects, Nikki can only be certain of one thing € anyone could be Brian€™s killer and no one in Red Rock is to be trusted. Nikki can€™t help but feel as though something has slipped through her fingers. She€™s still missing the last piece of the puzzle € the murder weapon. Desperate to track down the key to cracking the case, Nikki despatches Rory and Sean to search a patch of coast where Brian€™s car was last sighted. However, Rory fears their mission is futile and that Nikki€™s friendship with Angela is clouding her judgement in seeing the clear killer € Tommy. Sharon is rocked by an accusation that could see her move swiftly up the suspects list. Despite her frenzied pleas of innocence, anything she says to defend herself appears to incriminate her even further. A terrified Paudge begs her to tell him the truth but Sharon just can€™t get the words out. Paudge has had his doubts about his friend all along but have his worst fears come to light € is Sharon Brian€™s killer? Meanwhile, after weeks on the run, Nikki€™s successfully apprehended another key suspect in the investigation of Brian€™s death € Mick Moran. Wanted on a petty crime charge, Moran had skipped bail weeks ago, suspiciously disappearing in the time surrounding Brian€™s death. Moran€™s known to have a long standing grudge against Brian, who landed his brother with a lengthy prison sentence. Now having made his way onto Nikki€™s suspect list, he faces interrogation by Rory. However, Paudge is the one left panic stricken when he comes face to face with him in the interview room. Having handed over Brian€™s address, Paudge fears if questioned Moran will confess to murdering Brian making Paudge guilty by association.
