Ash is concerned when she notices that a ring is missing from the evidence collected in the Donna Burke case. She voices the issue to Dunne who is terrified that her discovery will lead the investigation to consider Callaghan and expose Dunne's cover-up. He sets about trying to convince her that it is no big deal and there is no reason to inform anyone. Ash is left torn between following her godfather's instructions or abiding by her own sense of morality.
