SpongeBob SquarePants, From the Beginning Season 2 Episode 27 Driven to Tears / Rule of Dumb

"Driven to Tears" - SpongeBob is excited to finally earn his boating license, but fails his driving test due to his nervousness. However, when it's revealed that his best friend Patrick passed with flying colors, SpongeBob's jealousy gets the best of him and he becomes determined to prove himself as a better driver. But as he goes to increasingly extreme lengths to impress his driving instructor, he puts himself and others in danger on the road.

"Rule of Dumb" - When Patrick discovers that he's Crowned King of Bikini Bottom thanks to an obscure law, he goes on a power trip and starts making eccentric demands. SpongeBob tries to show him the importance of being a good ruler, but finds that it's easier said than done when Patrick's rule starts having dire consequences for the rest of the town. Meanwhile, Squidward tries to take advantage of Patrick's royal status to get ahead in life.
