SpongeBob Squarepants Specials Season 1 Episode 4 Shell Of A Man

When Mr. Krabs injures himself in a freak accident at the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob and Squidward are sent to retrieve his therapist, Dr. Forrest. However, on the way back, they encounter Mr. Krabs' ex-navy buddies, who are surprised to see how much he's changed since leaving the service. Feeling ashamed about his current appearance and life situation, Mr. Krabs decides to have a complete makeover, including a new shell. While his new appearance grants him newfound confidence, it also causes a rift between him and his old friends, who don't appreciate his sudden change. As the episode progresses, Mr. Krabs must decide if he wants to revert back to his old self to regain the respect of his old friends or continue living life in his new shell. Along the way, he learns valuable lessons about staying true to oneself and the importance of true friendship.
