I will talk about fish dishes of the Ottoman palace. People began to consume plenty of fish. Especially in the palace, fish was one of the valuable, beloved and favored dishes. As time went by, fish dishes became very popular in Istanbul as they were in the Ottoman palace. Ingredients; 2 bonitos, 3 potatoes, green vegetables,2 tablespoons of butter, 2 onions, 20mg lemon juice, salt and pepper.
