In season 6 episode 15 of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987), titled "Mr. Nice Guy," the villainous Baxter Stockman is back, and he's teaming up with Krang to create a new invention: the M.O.U.S.E.R. duplicator. This device has the ability to produce countless robotic mice, which the villains plan to use to take over the city.
Meanwhile, the Turtles are enjoying a day off at the beach when they spot a strange figure in the water. Closer inspection reveals that it is a creature known as Leatherhead, a mutant alligator who has been hiding out in the sewers and avoiding contact with humans. The Turtles convince Leatherhead to come back to their lair with them, where they hope to help him control his rage and find a place in society.
As the Turtles work with Leatherhead, they soon discover that Baxter Stockman is back in town and up to no good. They decide to intervene and stop his M.O.U.S.E.R. duplicator, but they quickly find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer number of robotic mice that are being created. Just when it seems like all hope is lost, Leatherhead steps in and uses his incredible strength and abilities to turn the tide of the battle.
