The Aquabats! The team sets out to locate their vehicle with the help of their newest member, Crash McLarson.

Meanwhile, the villainous EagleClaw has his sights set on becoming the leader of the world's bald eagle population. To achieve this, he plans to use a special potion to turn bald eagles into mindless drones that will obey his every command. The Aquabats catch wind of EagleClaw's plan and vow to stop him.

The Aquabats confront EagleClaw and engage in a battle of wits and strength to stop his evil plan. Along the way, they encounter a cast of quirky characters, including a group of surfers and a flamboyant hair stylist.
