The Electric Playground

The Electric Playground is a daily news show taped in Canada. It aired in September 1997. This show covers an array of topics like: the newest video game reviews, recently released movies reviews and news, television shows, comic books, collectibles and gadgets. Created by host Victor Lucas. This high demand television show is popular among the die-hard gamer community.

The show features previews of newly released videogames and commentary about them. Video game industry news is also featured. Interviews with celebrity gamers in the video game industry are highlighted weekly. The latest toys, comics, and gadgets is a well talked about topic on the Electric Playground show. Victor Lucas travels to different places to bring the viewers and gamers a behind the scenes look at the gaming industry and how this high powered ever changing business works, from an expert's point of view. Respected video game creators are well sought out for their knowledge of the games they create. The host tries to pick apart the minds of the ones he interviews in order for the viewers to get a better look at what all is involved for a clearer depiction of this seemingly underground world. The Electric Playground shows coverage from Vancouver to Los Angeles.

Beyond that, the host thoroughly converses about the ease of playing a particular game, and the ease or difficulty maneuvering the controller or the player in the game.
