Ep 12. The Case of the Interrupting Intern

The InBESTigators is an Australian children's crime-comedy television series that follows a group of four school friends who start a detective agency to solve neighborhood cases. While researching, they come across a case that happened years ago, where a burglar had stolen a similar ring. This leads the InBESTigators to suspect that the burglar might be the same person. They then start to investigate the suspect of the old case, Mr. Johnson.

The group's investigation leads them to Mr. Johnson, who is currently working as a security guard at a nearby building. The InBESTigators decide to keep a close eye on him and gather evidence while he is at work.

The next day, Ms. O'Dell's intern suggests that they disguise themselves as office cleaners and plant undercover cameras in Mr. Johnson's workplace. The plan works, and they catch Mr. Johnson stealing a valuable item from the building. The InBESTigators then confront him and find out that he is indeed the burglar who had stolen Mrs. Appleby's ring.

After capturing the thief, the InBESTigators receive the reward money from Mrs. Appleby, and they decide to use it to upgrade their detective agency. At the end of the episode, they celebrate their victory with a pizza party.
