Already in possession of one overlay, the leader of the group bribes an officer of the internal security organization (guest star Joe Campanella) to aid in the theft of the other overlay. The IMF devises a daring plan to accomplish a two-fold objective: to recover the missing overlay and to prevent the theft of the other.
