Tom calls on his other friend, Billy the Bulldozer, to come help. Billy arrives on the scene and together they work to free Dnee from the cement. It takes a bit of time and some hard work, but they are finally able to free Dnee.

Dnee thanks Tom and Billy for their help and tells them that he owes them a big favor. Tom and Billy just smile and tell Dnee that they are happy to help any time. With Dnee safely freed, Tom heads back out into the city to see who else might need his help.
