LEGO NinjaGo: Masters of Spinjitzu is an animated series that follows the adventures of four ninjas as they fight against evil. Of course, the show is based on a popular line of Lego toys featuring the same ninja characters and the villains seeking to thwart them. In many ways the show uses the good versus evil theme as a basis for teaching small lessons with each episode.

LEGO NinjaGo: Masters of Spinjitzu Full Episode Guide

  • Separated from the others, Kai and Zane discover a party of Geckles who suspect them of being in league with the Skull Sorcerer, and bring them before their leader, Chancellor Gulch, who subjects them to a "Trial-By-Mino.".

  • Jay, Nya and Lloyd are led deep into the Mines of Shintaro by Murt, who brings them back to the Munce "Home- Cave" - a settlement deep in the mountain.

  • The ninja attempt to rescue Cole, but the bickering of his fellow prisoners, the Geckles and Munce, alerts the Skull Sorcerer, and soon the ninja are prisoners too.

  • When Cole investigates a mysterious visitor, the ninja aren't sure what to believe. Cole is frustrated with this lack of team support, until Princess Vania reveals a secret entrance that leads to an underground mine beneath Shintaro.

  • The ninja are invited to attend the birthday party of Princess Vania, in the distant Kingdom of Shintaro. They depart, bringing along Master Wu, unaware that he is feeling his age.

  • Unagami breaks into the real world and terrorizes Ninjago City along with his army.

  • Jay must stand alone against Unagami in the end-game, after Nya loses all her lives, yet Unagami has a bigger battle in facing the truth about his own identity.

  • The Mechanic's henchmen capture Master Wu and bring him to the Mechanic's warehouse. The Mechanic uses him as leverage to coerce Zane into revealing the location of the motherboard.

  • Zane and P.I.X.A.L. visit an old childhood contact of Milton Dyer's who tells them that Dyer used to frequent an old video arcade hall called Buddy's Pizza. They head there to search for Dyer.

  • Devastated by the loss of Cole and Kai, the surviving ninja push on into Prime Empire's third and final game zone - Terra Domina.

  • Red Visors discover the location of Scott's garage and Scott sacrifices himself to buy the ninja a chance to escape and they race off. The ninja enter the Speedway Five-Billion in the nick of time, just as the race is starting, and find themselves quickly overwhelmed.

  • The ninja appeal to Scott for help in obtaining 5 race cars. Scott shows them his junkyard where he has 5 vehicles that may be repairable in time. Lloyd heads off to the racetrack and watches a live race, hoping to learn as much as he can about the brutal Speedway Five-Billion.

  • Having obtained the first Key-tana, the ninja enter the second of Prime Empire's game zones, Terra Technica, where they learn that the second Key-tana can only be won by winning a dangerous race called the Speedway Five-Billion.

  • The ninja arrive at the Cliffs of Hysteria where they meet Shifty, a merchant who runs a table at the base of the cliffs. Shifty sells the ninja some grappling hooks and rope. Unfortunately, the ninja don't have enough money to buy the "Rope of Supreme Durability" and opt instead for the "Rope of Questionable Integrity".

  • The Samurai guide, Okino, leads the ninja into the first of Terra Karana's deadly challenges: The Forest of Discontent, made up of deep, dark woods, filled with booby-traps.

  • Okino is a serious, duty-bound Samurai warrior who is unaware that Prime Empire is a game, since he is part of it. His job is to lead players through the three dangers of Terra Karana - the Forest of Discontent, the Cliffs of Hysteria and the Maze of the Red Dragon where the first Key-tana is located.

  • The ninja materialize inside Prime Empire and go immediately on the run when they discover a squadron of Red Visors waiting for them!

  • More and more people are disappearing in Ninjago City, while the ninja scramble to unlock the secrets of the Prime Empire arcade game. They decide to take the game to Cyrus Borg, hoping he can help them decode the programming and release all the players who have been taken (including Jay). Meanwhile, the Mechanic and his henchmen are resting in Kryptarium Prison when the jail's security systems begin acting up.

  • When the ninja discover that Jay has disappeared into the arcade game, they interrogate the Mechanic, hoping to learn who the mysterious Unagami is and how they can get Jay back. But the Mechanic refuses to speak.

  • The Mechanic and his henchmen infiltrate an old electronics warehouse in search of a mysterious motherboard. The ninja learn of the heist and arrive to thwart the attack. But they're completely in the dark as to what the Mechanic wants with it, so they head to the Mechanic's headquarters looking for clues. There, the ninja find the legendary, unreleased arcade game called Prime Empire.

  • Nya, Jay, Cole and Kai face off against the Ice Emperor's dreaded dragon, while Lloyd and his newfound allies, Kataru and Grimfax, confront the Ice Emperor himself.

  • Having discovered the terrible truth of Zane's fate, Lloyd finds himself imprisoned and alone in the clutches of the Ice Emperor.

  • The story of Zane's arrival in the Never-Realm and how he fell under the sway of the villainous Vex.

  • Back in Ninjago City, Wu and Pixal attempt to locate the Never-Realm, and accidentally unleash a dreaded creature from the Departed Realm.

  • The dramatic conclusion of the Never-Realm saga, in which old friends are reunited and the power of friendship is pitted against the corrupting power of the Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu.

Lloyd and Red enter a cave for safety. They realize that the Titan Mech was held there. Lloyd viewed a message that Zane recorded previously. Lloyd repairs the mech, then he and Red head out, only to be attacked again by the same bird. They quickly defeat the bird and scare it off. They continue their search to find Zane.

  • When Ultra Violet learn that the Ninja have gone missing, she and The Mechanic plan to escape the prison. In their escape route, they begin to discuss about who they thought was the worst ninja. They are soon interupted by Fugi-Dove. They continue talking along the route, telling stories (in anime style) about their hated ninja.

  • The Ninja help the villagers to build weapons in case of the Blizzard Samurai return again. Meanwhile, Kai shows off his Fire power, then Lloyd goes off with the Titan mech tracker that Nya gave him to find it. In his road, he is attacked by wolves, but one of them forces the wolves to retreat. Later, Lloyd gets ambushed by the Blizzard Samurai, but he successfully evades them. He arrives at the Land Bounty, finding it damaged by the freeze. The strange wolf follows him and stays with him. The tracker locates the mech, giving Lloyd hope to find Zane.

  • The ninja and the villagers prepare to fight the Blizzard Samurai. While they do they build weapons to defend themselves. Meanwhile the Blizzard Samurai arrive and Lloyd and Cole realize that some of them are made of Ice and some were corrupted people. One of them goes to the fire place and uses his weapon to extinguish the Hearth Fire. After they defeat the Blizzard Samurai, Kai tries to make fire by believing in himself and succeeds in restoring the Hearth Fire, afterwards being cheered by the villagers and his fellow Ninja.

  • The ninja arrive in the Never-Realm, where they quickly find themselves overwhelmed; luckily, they are taken in by a tribe of Ice Fishers who tell them Zane has been imprisoned by the evil Ice Emperor.

  • Aspheera arrives at the Monastery of Spinjitzu and confronts Wu, forcing one of the ninja to make a heroic sacrifice.

  • The ninja break into the Explorer's Club to obtain the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, running afoul of the club's manager and irate club members.

  • Under Siege

  • A flashback episode tells the story of Young Wu and Young Garmadon meeting Aspheera and teaching her the secrets of Spinjitzu.

  • While Aspheera pursues revenge on the "Treacherous Deceiver" who betrayed her, the ninja make a startling discovery.

  • The ninja rush to the Ninjago Museum of History to recover a dangerous scroll before it falls into the hands of the Serpentine Sorceress Aspheera.

  • The Serpentine attack on Ninjago City is seen from an unexpected perspective - entirely in the style of a live newscast delivered by Gayle Gossip and her cameraman.

  • The ninja find themselves trapped in a pyramid and must escape encroaching lava to warn Ninjago City of a new Serpentine invasion.

  • The Fire Fangs go on a rampage through Ninjago. Lil' Nelson and Antonia try to get news papers across Ninjago.

  • The Ninja enter the Ancient Pyramid with Clutch Powers and they survive many booby traps until they are defeated and captured by the Pyro Vipers.

  • To repair the Land-Bounty, the ninja must retrieve a critical engine component that has been swallowed by a giant scarab beetle.

  • The ninja have found their quest! Now they just have to get there, which involves a road trip through the Desert of Doom, a region supposedly inhabited by a giant scarab beetle.

  • Realizing they have gone soft, the ninja search for a quest to reignite their Spinjitzu training; unfortunately, Ninjago City is enjoying a period of rare tranquility.

  • In the wake of the previous season's victory, the ninja have gone soft and Master Wu must remind them of who they truly are.
