Of Rights and Men is the second episode of Workin' Moms season 3. The episode follows the lives of four working moms - Kate Foster, Anne Carlson, Jenny Matthews, and Frankie Coyne. Kate has returned to work after her maternity leave and is struggling to balance work and motherhood. Anne, who is a lawyer, takes on a case of a female CEO who is being harassed at work and is asked to give a talk on women's rights at a school. Jenny deals with the aftermath of her husband's admission of watching porn, and Frankie tries to make amends with her estranged father.

The episode begins with Kate struggling to leave her newborn baby, Charlie, at daycare. She is feeling guilty for leaving him and is reminded of what she is missing out on as a working mom. At work, she is trying to cope with the stress of handling a new account but is finding it hard to concentrate. She is also feeling jealous of her colleague who has come back to work after her maternity leave looking rejuvenated and confident.

Meanwhile, Anne is dealing with a harassment case of a female CEO who is being harassed by her male colleague. The CEO is afraid of losing her job, so Anne advises her to document all the incidents and take legal action. Later, she is invited to give a talk on women's rights at a school, but she is struggling to prepare for it due to her hectic work schedule.

Jenny's husband, Ian, confesses to her that he has been watching porn. Jenny is shocked and disgusted by his confession, and she feels betrayed. She doesn't know how to handle the situation and is unsure if their relationship can survive this revelation. She confides in Anne, who advises her to talk to Ian and work things out.

Lastly, Frankie is trying to make amends with her estranged father, Ivan. She invites him over for dinner, but tensions rise when Ivan starts talking about his conservative views on marriage and family. Frankie disagrees with him and walks out of the room, upset. She later confides in her husband, Giselle, about her feelings towards her father and her desire to have a relationship with him.

Of Rights and Men explores the challenges faced by working mothers and the societal pressures they face. Kate is struggling to balance her work and family life, Anne is fighting for women's rights in the workplace, Jenny is dealing with a betrayal from her husband, and Frankie is trying to reconcile with her father despite their differences. The episode showcases the emotional toll of being a working mother and highlights the need for support and understanding from society.
