Micheal Griffin (played by Christian Slater from movies like "The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius", "Tales from the Darkside: The Movie", and "Interview with The Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles") is a volunteer soldier made invisible by a terrible experiment that he thought was supposed to protect the world, but ended up being about looking after politicians. He gets the name "Hollow Man" because he can walk as close as inches from your body and you wouldn't have a clue. Now, he's a deadly soldier who wants to desperately find the doctor that originally turned him invisible to give him the serum that'll save his life.
Hollow Man is all over the place and no one knows it until he grabs them or kills them. He's completely invisible, and when bodies get lifted off their feet and thrown around confused bystanders try to figure out what they've just seen. It's apparent in the first scene that he means business when he attacks one guy at an upscale dinner party. The crowd is looking at the man like they think he's drunk, until a few minutes later when they find the poor guy dead in the bathroom after getting his throat slit with a piece from his own cell phone!
The brilliant doctor that can help Griffin, Maggie Dalton (played by Laura Regan from "Unbreakable", "Someone Like You" and "My Little Eye"), is terrified of Hollow Man and knows that he has to be looking for her from the scene when he kills a police officer who is standing watch for the invisible assassin at her house. The cop who is murdered is the partner of Seattle police detective Frank Turner (played by Peter Facinelli from "Twilight", "Can't Hardly Wait", and Fox's "Fastlane"), and now he wants to get to Hollow Man just as much as the government agencies do.
