Lucky is nothing like the average dog; he is a ghost and has come into the life of a wealthy little boy named Toby. Toby is more than happy to befriend the ghostly canine, as he has recently been caught in the middle of a bitter custody battle. Not only that, but he suspects that his aunt is out to take his inheritance. He encounters several humorous obstacles along the way, but with Lucky by his side he attempts to get to the bottom of the situation. This story reveals how a strong bond can go far beyond earthly expectations.
