Watch The Hornet's Nest

A 1955 gangster-themed film which takes place in Los Angeles during the 1950's. Charlie is a Los Angeles police detective who has taken it upon himself to investigate into unsolved murders that the department has given up on. He receives no pay and little resources for this work, but is largely left alone by the organization's superiors. Charlie discovers one case with connections to powerful political and financial interests in the city and his activities are noticed by others in the department. Charlie then attempts to both solve the case as well as stay alive. The film includes suggestive scenes.
